If you're a Teen Mom 2 fan, you're probably aware by now that Kailyn Lowry is pregnant with her third child.

You're probably also aware that her pregnancy has been shrouded in mystery from day one.

At first, Kailyn denied that she was knocked up, despite persistent rumors to the contrary.

These days, we still have no official word on the identity of Kailyn's baby daddy.

(Though it's beginning to look like the smart money is on Chris Lopez.)

But for all her secrecy, Kailyn has shown an occasional willingness to take pity on her fans and offer an update.

Well, sort of ... 

Yesterday, the soon-to-be mother of three revealed what her two sons think she should name her third child.

It seems one of Isaac and Lincon's suggestions could be taken into legitimate consideration.

The other, not so much ...

"Today: linc & isaac agree on the name "climber" for a boy and isaac likes Alexa for a girl," Kailyn tweeted.

Alexa Lowry (or Lopez) has a nice ring to it.

We're guessing Climber is destined for the "maybe" pile.

Okay, so it's not much of an update, but it's a veritable deluge of information compared to what Kailyn was offering up a few short weeks ago.

There was a time when the idea of a reality star fighting for her privacy would have seemed absurd, but for better or worse, the ladies of Teen Mom 2 are making it happen.

Prior to Kailyn Lowry's low-key first trimester, Jenelle Evans kept her third pregnancy a secret for several months, before eventually coming clean.

We guess it's good news for the cast, but it probably won't make for especially compelling television.

But hey, Kailyn and Jenelle hate each other, so there's probably not much risk that they're gonna get together and unionize any time soon.

As for when we might find out more about Kailyn's baby daddy, well ... that's anyone's guess.

If MTV is smart, they'll try to corral her into breaking the news on the air.

The way things are going, there may not be many more opportunities for big reveals.
