as Principal’s true and lawful “Attorney” to act for Principal and in Principal’s name, place and stead and for Principal’s use and benefit:

Merchandise , etc)
3. Friends on Fifth
(A Shopify Store)
And shall include the Internet Businesses :
4. Instant Coffee
(KO-FI platform containing downloadable digital content)
5. 5 Minute U
(A YouTube Channel containing How To/ Educational Videos)
6. A Novel Approach
(A “Teachable” Course on Creative Writing)
Principal hereby grants to said “Attorney” in fact full power and authority to do and perform (with noted restrictions) every act and thing which may be necessary or convenient and non-duressing; in connection with any of the foregoing, as fully to all intents and purposes, as principal might or could do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that said “attorney” in fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by authority hereof.
This Limited Power of Attorney is granted for a period of five (5) years and shall become effective on October 2023 and shall terminate December 2028.
