I, Renee Ashley Baker, may be available to go over to MGM headquarters and sign my Contract with Amazon/ MGM at 245 Beverly Blvd if– this is what you, Mr. Jeff Bezos, wants.
The Contract calls for Renee Ashley Baker to:
(1) Write a six novella serial titled, “Heaux-Tel Columbia” from 2024-2026.
(2) Retain title and duties of Executive Producer (under the employ of MGM or MGM +) of Six motion pictures based on the six “Heaux-Tel Columbia” Novellas.
In Exchange for the above, Renee Ashley Baker shall be paid $30 million dollars with half –$15 million dollars–paid to Renee Ashley Baker upon signing. The remaining $15 million dollars to be paid over a 3 year period from 2024-2026.
Renee Ashley Baker ‘s Legal Representative (here un-named) shall be present at the deal signing at 245 Beverly Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA.
Not included in the Book/ Movie Production negotiations are CAA, ICM, William Morris, UTA, Paradigm, APA, Gail Oprah Winfrey.
