Limited Power of Attorney

  Know All Persons by These Presents: That I, R. Ashley aka/dba Renee Ashley Baker, the undersigned (hereinafter “Principal”) hereby continue to make, constitute and appoint Dr. C P *

 as Principal’s true and lawful “Attorney” to act for Principal and in Principal’s name, place and stead and for Principal’s use and benefit:

As Follows:

(g) Amendment:

To Register Copyrights to any and all Fashion Designs, Fashion Creations, Original Character Designs, Original Characters Creations; and Intellectual Properties claimed by, created by, designed by and written by  R. Ashley  (aka Renee Ashley Baker) including but not limited to :

1. “Heaux-Tel Columbia” created and written by Renee Ashley Baker.
2. “The Cyberian Who Came in from The Cold” created and written by Renee Ashley Baker.
3. “Year of the Snake” created and written by Renee Ashley Baker.

(h) Amendment 

To Own, Sell, Grant, License, Barter Incorporate any and all Rights, Titles, Interests and Ownership in and to “Commercial Entities” and “Commercial Brands” as follows:

1. “Allee 9” Luxury Footwear Brand founded and designed and operated by Renee Ashley Baker.

2. “Coat of Farms” poultry & fish  Seasoning Company founded by and operated by Renee Ashley Baker.

Principal hereby grants to said “Attorney” in fact full power and authority to do and perform (with noted restrictions) every act and thing which may be necessary or convenient and non-duressing; in connection with any of the foregoing, as fully to all intents and purposes, as principal might or could do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that said “attorney” in fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by authority hereof. 

This Limited Power of Attorney is granted for a period of five (5) years and shall become effective on July 26, 2023 and shall terminate December 31, 2028.
