I have decided to sell 100% Ownership of CP Game Company to Walt Disney Corporation for $25 Million Dollars payable to Dr CP (plus a Royalty of ___% per each video game sold).
(a) CP GAME Company’s first Game to be “developed and produced” is
“365 Meta V Highway”.
(b) Seven (7) Editions of “365 Meta V Highway” will be manufactured and marketed Worldwide. Plus, this includes:
(c) “365 Meta V Highway Galaxy: Book 1”
(d) These 7 Editions will include an edition by Rockstar Dundee the British Game Corporation that manufactures and owns Grand Theft Auto.
(e) “365 Meta V Highway” was created by Renee Ashley Baker and is 100% Owned by Dr. CP and by CP Irrevocable Trust.
(f) Universal Studios will NOT be granted any Ownership of CP Game Company and No Ownership interest nor Licensing interest in any Games created by CP Game Company.
2. CP INDUSTRIES will be Headquartered in France.
CP INDUSTRIES Subsidiaries are:
1a. CP Emoji Kids which is to remain Owned 100% by Dr. CP and by CP Irrevocable Trust. A Merchandise License for CP Emoji Kids Footwear will be sold (for $10 million dollars) to: Reebok Corporation (not to Cardi B);
Or sold to :
an Australian Children’s Shoe Company, or to Puma, or to Keds Corporation.
1b. Allee 9 Luxury Footwear Brand, Sun Louie Collection and Helene Fourmont Collection are ALL to be sold to Neiman Marcus for $20 Million Dollars ( payable to Dr CP and CP Irrevocable Trust).
2. Erma French Perfume and Design:
CP Watch Company for Rolex; Irmagard Handbags, Irmagard Hatbox for Hermes, Irmagard Collection for Roche Bobois, Lil Ashley Lane Furniture for Macy’s, Celtic Lion Menswear and Commuter Bags, and Ursa Minor Luxury Children’s Collection. Erma French Perfume and Design to be sold 70% to The Wertheimers (and 30% owned by Dr CP and CP Irrevocable Trust ).
3. CP Wine and Liquor Company : Stay Home Vineyards and Champagne Socialite Cocktails are to be sold 70 % to The Rothschilds (and 30% owned by Dr CP and CP Irrevocable Trust).
Dr. CP presently has Limited Power of Attorney over all the above named Entities.
