The OPI /ODI House at 2__ has been “wrecked” by “Water”. Constant Water is Drizzling INSIDE the 2__ House which is controlled by the “Security Company” or by the Male Residents residing in the 2__ Back House, or controlled by Samantha Robinson in 2__ Front House, or controlled by the Mexican Perps 223/227 Gray House. The “Wrecking “of this 2__ (e 59 PL) House was done on Purpose (by Residents or by OPI/ODI Management ) so as to use the Drizzling House “fire sprinklers” to Force Me /Coerce Me to “set up” Entertainment Industry Projects, Productions and Payrolls.
2. This Extortion and Racketeering” is a continuance of what was being done by the Males who resided at 651 e 55th st in Los Angeles (owned by Tarra Hill and Klaus Hoegreve). Dawanda was the Resident Enforcer at 651 House and she and Mark Bell (a Rolling 90’s Crip) were a pair (a “Team” ) of Extortionists –until Mark Bell fell DEAD from Heart Attack or from Poisoning on Christmas
Eve 2020.
3. Why does a House have a “constant drizzle” inside it ?
The 2___ House has Water flowing heavily at certain times of the day and has mists and drizzles at other times of the day. I am suspecting that this 2__House and 651 House are both Marijuana or Cocaine/(Coca) Grow Houses (!!!).
Both 2__ and 651 are owned by OPI/ODI Real Estate Property Development. (Both 2__ and 651 Houses have a Gray House adjacent to 2__/651 Houses and this Gray House seems to be the Boss House (aka the Control– house). This adjacent Gray House has plumbing and electrical wiring connected to the OPI/ODI 2__ and 651 Houses.
4. This “constant drizzle” in ODI/OPI Houses 2__and 651 have caused Me to contract “lung infections” (a permanent Diagnosed Bronchitis).
P.S. I am expecting a
$ 4 million- $8 million legal “Monetary Settlement” from the Los Angeles Metro Transit for a 2018 Bus Accident. Why has this “Bus Accident Insurance Claim” NOT been settled already !!! It looks as though the Los Angeles Metro Transit is trying to help the Crips “shake me down”(!!!)

There is a “new Tenant” at My New “House Rental Share” named (________) who is a Witness to the Verbal Stalking by the Gray House at 223 e 59 PL and Witness the Criminal Harrassment going on (by resident/Enforcer Samantha Robinson and by the Male Residents at 227 e 59 PL). There is on file at LAPD numerous 911 cell phone calls by Me from 651 e 55th, two in person Visits made by Me to Newton Station (during Pandemic when I was given a Detectives’ phone number to call), two 911 Phone Calls by Me from California Castle Properties, three ( 3) Emails to the Chief of Police Moore and two (2) cell phone calls by Me since August 2021 with “IR” numbers on file. BTW: Each Owner/ Manager at all 3 House Rental Share locations told Me I was never to call the Police on their “criminal and crazy” Residents. (This is obstruction of Justice !!!). I will not “take abuse” nor “Extortion”. I am waiting to testify before a Grand Jury. (Where is My $4 million -$8 million dollar “settlement” with Los Angeles Metro Transit ?) What is the Delay as I have aquired “Bronchitis and Arthritis” SINCE the 2018 Bus/Car accident (and Therefore “No” Entertainment Industry Projects for Renee Ashley Baker until “Monetary Settlements” paid to Renee Ashley Baker and “Physical Therapy” completed by Renee Ashley Baker.
