Both Landlords/Managers  Shawn and Tina have “verbally instructed Me” to NOT call the Police. Tina “specifically” verbally told Me NOT to call “Child Protective Services” aka CPS when I wanted to “call” CPS about Nyeesha Whitaker’s kids being “Verbally Abused” by Samantha Robinson’s “ranting vulgarities”.  I , Miss Ashley, felt such “continuous noise” was extremely inappropriate for little pre-school age boys to hear. I wondered how a Mother could allow her two boys to “hear” such  “scary ranting” and “filth”. The Landlord (Tina /Patina) told me (to My face) that she would talk to Samantha Robinson about her “sick uncivil mentally ill ranting”.
I let the Landlord Tina/Patina handle it.
( So instead of calling CPS I sent an Email to CPS telling CPS that I would call their 800 number if My concerns persisted. I did not give any names in my email because I was sure Samantha Robinson would be handled !!!).
Now, for the second time an  entire House has been destroyed / vandalized with Water. For the second time an OPI Rental Property has been “tore up” by Crip/Black Deciple  Harrassment.  Or are these OPI Rental Houses  poorly built and easily broke down under Crip /Black Deciple Harrassment. Or are these OPI Rental Houses  built to be Drug Cartel “Grow Houses” that “water” inside the house on a Timer ??? Or are all the OPI Rental House “Fire Sprinklers” being used to Harass and Extort by The Security /Fire Sprinkler Company ??? I, Miss Ashley, have “lived / resided in fear of Samantha Robinson making good on her threats. Will Samantha act, such as: turning on Gas to murder me, burning house down to murder me, or to physically assault Me !!!
For weeks now I have been contacting the Los Angeles  Mental Health Crisis Text Line (741741) to send their Mobile Evaluation Van to evaluate Samantha Robinson. I even sent them Links to Videos of Samantha Robinson Ranting. Why has there been No Response to My “contacts”.
The Landlords of these OPI Rental Houses (Tara, Tina/Shawna, and the Ukrainians at Calfornia Castle Properties) are ALL running “Abuse Mills”.  And charging $600 -$1000 a Month !!! The Ukrainian flop house run  by the Ukrainian Salim had nothing but Black Female Tenants and the House was “filthy/dirty” and it smelled like a “Dead Body. This new place (with crazy Samantha Robinson) now smells like a “toilet” because Landlord Tina and Shawn “allowed”  Samantha Robinson to destroy the OPI Rental House by “knocking and bamming” around on things until they BREAK !!! I, Miss Ashley, am expecting the U.S. Attorney and State Attorney General to file criminal charges against these Los Angeles “Abuse Mills” (!!!).
