Andy Muschietti (IT, IT: Chapter Two) who is directing ‘The Flash’ for DC/Warner Bros has teased the return of actor Michael Keaton as Batman/Bruce Wayne in a new instagram post showing a close-up image of the 1989-style Batman suit… with a bloody new makeover.

It was previously confirmed that he will reprise his role as the Caped Crusader for the film as well as ‘Snyderverse’ Batman/bruce wayne actor Ben Affleck alongside Ezra Miller returining as Barry Allen/The Flash.

Michael first played Batman in Tim Burton’s 1989 film Batman, and again in its 1992 sequel Batman Returns but quit the role during development of the third instalment after Tim Burton was replaces as director by Joel Schumacher.

The Flash is currently set for release on November 4, 2022
