HBO has announced that the eighth and final season of Game of Thrones will air in April 2019. And it’s delivered an epic teaser trailer to get everyone in the mood.
The final season of Game of Thrones will consist of six supersized episodes that will play out more like feature-length movies.

This will wrap the story up nicely, and we will finally find out who is destined to sit on the Iron Throne. If, indeed, anyone is left alive at the end.
Even though Game of Thrones is coming to an end, GoT fans need not worry. HBO is already working on a prequel series, and there may be more to come.
