Megyn Kelly is the latest person to fall foul of the outrage machine. This time for asking whether white people putting on blackface is actually racist.

Her question came during a discussion about Halloween Costumes on Megyn Kelly Today. And it sounds quite bad out of context.

To be fair to Kelly, this was a small part of a bigger conversation. And she was merely suggesting that people should be allowed to dress up as their favorite black celebrity.

Unfortunately, context isn’t a thing these days, and the outrage machine went into overdrive to tell her how wrong she was. And she has since apologized.
