I totally forgot!

I work nights at UPS and usually get home around 5am PT. Most of the time I do the daily picks and post them before I go to bed. Sometimes I go to Sleep and post them when I wake up a little later and then go back to sleep. Sometimes I go back to sleep, and they get Posted even later. But I kind of keep the same hours over the weekends. This usually means the daily picks get posted early in the mornings on Saturday and Sunday.

Well, that didn’t happen yesterday morning. Somewhere along the line I thought I had done it and didn’t realize it until sometime during the four-hole playoff of the Canadian Open. What a fantastic finish. But, by then it was too late to send them out, as primetime was about to begin on the east coast.

I’ve had some technical difficulties in the past where the email version didn’t get sent out each day, but they had been posted to the site. If I’m going to be away, I usually post them ahead of time to post each day. This is the first time in years that I can remember not having the daily picks which weirds me out. It’s such a routine part of my day. The last time, I believe, was a big windstorm that knocked out power for days.

My hours are about to change at UPS, where I’ll be going into work at around 3am PT. So, the daily picks will probably start being a bit more consistently posted in the early am to the site and being emailed out to subscribers at its regularly scheduled time at 7am PT.
