Over on cable, AMC has the ninth season premiere of The Walking Dead and the eighth season premiere of Talking Dead, BBC America has the 11th season premiere of Doctor Who today, Cooking Channel has the sixth season finale of Carnival Eats, Disney Channel has the series premiere of Star Wars Resistance, Epix has the second season finale of Get Shorty, Food Network has the series premiere of Haunted Gingerbread Showdown, Hallmark Channel has the third season finale of Chesapeake Shores, and HBO has the fourth season finale of Ballers, Lifetime has the TV movie premiere of The Girl in the Bathtub, and Showtime has the documentary premiere of The Family Business: Trump and Taxes.
