‘The 100’ Renewed for Season 6 by CW

Tags: renewed

Dystopian Sci-Fi drama The 100 has been renewed for a sixth season following on for its fifth season, which is still airing.

The post-apocalyptic drama first aired in March 2014 on The CW  and has since grew a large fanbase culminating in the current fifth season bringing in the show’s record number of viewers, with the two episodes so far averaging a total 1.23 total million viewers.

No actors or actresses have signed off the show, so all our favorites should be returning, provided their characters survive until season 6, these include: Eliza Taylor, Bob Morley, Marie Avgeropoulos, Lindsey Morgan, Christopher Larkin, Henry Ian Cusick, Paige Turco, Chelsey Reist, Luisa D’Oliveira, Adina Porter and Tasya Teles.

The 100 is one of the lucky shows at The CW that have been Renewed for another season. Both Valor and Life Sentence badly under-performed in comparison to similar shows and though it has not been announced, it’s highly likely that they’ll both be cancelled. However, with iZombie coming in as one of the network’s most popular shows, it will probably be renewed for another season.
