Jr NTR is one of the most popular and successful actors in the industry. Jr NTR recently joined the list of the Academy’s Branch of Actors. The Academy shared the announcement through an Instagram post. Apart from the RRR star, the list also features Ke Huy Quan, Marsha Stephanie Blake, Kerry Condon, and Rosa Salazar. Jr NTR is the only Indian in the Academy’s Branch of Actors list.

Jr NTR makes India proud

The Academy shared the post along with the caption, “In the capable hands of these dedicated and gifted performers, stories transcend the confines of imagination, taking on a tangible, visceral existence that captivates viewers around the world. Through their nuanced expressions, compelling gestures, and authentic portrayals, they bridge the gab between fiction and reality, allowing us to see ourselves in the struggles, joys, and triumphs of the characters they bring to life.”

Fans react as Jr NTR joins list of the Academy’s Branch of Actors

The actor’s fans showered love on him. Reacting to The Academy’s post, a fan commented, “Jr NTR the young tiger.” Another fan commented, “Thank you so much Academy Jr NTR Annayya.” “Pride of Indian cinema,” wrote a fan. Another fan dropped a comment saying, “Pride of Indian cinema, Thanks Anna @jrntr for making us proud.” “Yet another international recognition for Action power house @jrntr,” wrote a fan. Another fan wrote, “Young Tiger (heart eyes emoji).”

Last year, he delivered a terrific performance in SS Rajamouli’s RRR. This year, Jr NTR and Ram Charan starrer RRR song Naatu Naatu became the first Indian song to win in the ‘Best Song’ category at the Oscars. RRR also starred Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, and Olivia Morris.

On the other hand, he next has Devara in the pipeline. The actor will be seen sharing screen space with Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan in the same.
