Sana Raees Khan is a criminal lawyer who has entered the Salman Khan-hosted reality show Bigg Boss 17. Sana Raees Khan is one of the lawyers who has represented Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan in Mumbai drug cruise case. Sana marked her entry on Sunday when Bigg Boss 17 had its grand premiere. The makers have given a very interesting lineup of contestants in the 17th year of the show. Now, Sana Khan has landed in legal trouble for participating in the reality show and an official complaint has been filed against the Bigg Boss 17 contestant.

An objection has been raised by advocate Ashutosh Dubey. He has stated that Sana’s participation in the show leads to a breach of rules put forth by the Bar Council. He has also filed an official complaint with the Bar Council Of India. Dubey took to his Twitter handle and wrote, “I have formally notified the Bar Council of India that Advocate Sana Raees Khan has participated as a contestant in the reality show Bigg Boss 17 which is a violation of Bar Council Rules.”

It also added, “According to rules 47 to 52 of the Bar Council of India Rules, advocates are prohibited from engaging in any other employment to generate income. Additionally, section 49(1)(c) of the Advocates Act, 1961 restricts practicing advocates from pursuing full-time employment in other fields.”
