After dating for a decade, Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal got married on 6th October 2022. A few days back, the Fukrey actress shared an adorable video celebrating one year of her sangeet ceremony. As Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal will soon celebrate their first anniversary, they will share the first glimpse of their wedding documentary.

About Richa Chadha-Ali Fazal wedding documentary

Titled RiAlity, the first glimpse of the documentary will be unveiled on 6^th October. Talking about it, Richa Chadha shared, “Weddings are often portrayed as fairytales, but the reality is a mix of emotions – joy, anxiety, excitement, and everything in between. Our documentary, RiAlity, is a heartfelt attempt to capture the genuine essence of our wedding experience. RiAlity is our attempt to unravel the complexities of that experience. It’s a mirror reflecting the reality behind the glitz, a candid portrayal of two individuals from humble beginnings”.

For those unversed, Richa-Ali started dating during the shoot of Fukrey Returns and their wedding celebrations which took place in Delhi, Lucknow, and Mumbai last year. They also revealed how they have been married for the last 2.5 years and these festivities were organised to celebrate their union.

Other celebrities who turned their wedding into documentary

Prior to Richa and Ali, celebrities like Nayanthara-Vignesh and Hansika Sohael had turned their wedding in such a format. Nayanthara’s documentary released on Netflix  and it was titled Nayanthara: Beyond The Fairy Tale. Talking about Hansika Motwani and Sohael Kathuriya’s documentary was titled Hansika’s Love Shaadi Drama premiered on 10th of February, 2023 on Disney+ Hotstar.
