Well in August, Alia bagged her first National Film Award for Best Actress at the 69^th National Film Award for her performance in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi. Alia played the titular role in her first project with SLB.

As we speak of that, Alia was spotted arriving at Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s office on Saturday. The actress kept it casual yet stylish in a pink and white outfit. She opted for no makeup look and looked pretty.

Not only Alia, SLB too was spotted in a different car.

Alia’s recent appearance at SLB’s office has left fans excited, as well as curious. A fan dropped a comment saying, “Alia Bhatt + SLB = best collaboration… can’t wait for the announcement of the film.” Another fan commented, “Waiting for another National Award winning performance from this dynamic duo after this spectacular collaboration Gangubai.” “Alia x slb = spectacular collaboration… can’t wait for official announcement of film,” wrote a fan. Another fan wrote, “Alia x slb = can’t wait.”

As per reports, Alia will play the female lead opposite Ranveer Singh in SLB’s Baiju Bawra. Reportedly, the film will go on floors in February next year. SLB is currently busy with his upcoming Netflix project, Heeramandi.

Given Alia’s unforgettable performance in Gangubai Kathiawadi, it’ll be a treat to watch her in another SLB directorial.

For the uninitiated, Alia next has Jigra. Apart from starring in it, she is also co-producing the upcoming film with Karan Johar. Vasan Bala is directing it. It will release on 27th September, 2024.
