However, it was later revealed that the viral picture was taken during the launch event of her upcoming film SK21. The director clarified that it was not an actual wedding photograph but rather a moment from the film’s Pooja ceremony ritual. For those unversed, decorated garlands are customary symbols in South Indian film launch events.

Sai Pallavi’s upcoming projects
The Gargi actress will feature opposite Naga Chaitanya in NC23. Confirming the same, the production house announced, “The beautiful and talented @Sai_Pallavi92 joins the voyage of #NC23. Pre-production is in full swing. Shoot begins soon (sic)”. Rumours were also rife that she is a part of Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana. However, there is no official update on it yet.
