Actor Anupam Kher has been contributing to Hindi cinema for the past 4 decades. He has delivered several hits with his stellar performance. After relentlessly working for so many years, Anupam Kher reveals that he has worked hard over the years. During an intense conversation with Bollywood Bubble, Anupam Kher spoke about his profession which he doesn’t take for granted. Anupam revealed that he never said he was bored or tired of working.

Anupam Kher on working in Hindi cinema

The Uunchai actor told us, “I think I have a very one of those very chosen few people whom God has given an opportunity to entertain people who is an actor, who has done so many films. I have no time to complain, I have no reason to complain, and I have never complained. I have not used two words consciously for the last 30-32 years. I’ve never said ‘I’m bored’ and I’ve never said that ‘I am not in a mood’. We get into this false sense of importance.” The Special 26 actor added, “I’m thankful to God for allowing me and for giving me an opportunity to be part of a profession where I was dying to be part of that profession.”

Did Anupam Kher take a dig at star kids for getting ‘bored’ of work?

Speaking about young stars’ perception towards actig, Anupam said, “Jo tukke se actor bante hai na, unko ye sab bolna aata hai.” (People who become actors by chance will say such things.)

Pointing at Mohit Raina, Anupam continued, “Ab ye Jammu ke koi gaon se aaya hai, aur ye kitna mehnat ki hogi. Toh unko ehsaas hai ki main kaisa bana hu actor. Mujhko iss baat ka ehsaas hai ki main kaisa actor bana hu. Maine jo 27 din railway platform main guzare hai, toh mujhe kabhi himmat hi nahi hogi ki main bolu main bored hogaya hu ya thak gaya hu. Jinko aasani se mil gaya hai…. And also, you’re talking to someone who has been in the industry for the last 40 years.

“I have seen people coming and going. I’ve seen people saying ‘I’m the best and I’m the greatest.’ Bus apna kaam karte rehna chahiye or shukraguzar hona chahiye. I’m not being philosophical about it, but I’m competitive about it, I’m ambitious. I want to be the best in any project that I am doing, I’m alive as a person and I live every day. I don’t exist every day.”
