Rakesh Roshan celebrated his 74^th birthday on 6^th September. On Thursday, Hrithik Roshan took to his Instagram and shared a special post to wish his father. The actor shared a selfie with his ‘soldier and fighter’. In the photo, Hrithik and Rakesh Roshan flashed their bright smiles. He also penned a sweet note for him.

Hrithik wishes dad on his birthday

Hrithik wrote in the caption, “I know how to be a soldier and a fighter only because of the way I have seen my father live his passions and hardships. Thank you for teaching me something only a few lucky ones get to learn from their fathers. It’s the best thing I got from you. Happy birthday papa. From a son and a soldier for life!”

Reacting to the post, Rakesh Roshan commented, “Duggu blessings & happiness always.”

Zoya Akhtar dropped a comment saying, “Happy Birthday Rakesh Uncle!”

Hrithik’s ex-wife Sussanne Khan too wished her former father-in-law. She shared a picture with Rakesh Roshan and her kids Hrehaan and Hridhaan on her Instagram Stories. She wrote, “Happy happiest birthday dear papa… God bless you with a wonderful day ahead.”

Rakesh Roshan is known for movies like Zakhmee, Dil Aur Deewaar, Pyaara Dushman, Paraya Dhan and Khoobsurat. Apart from that, he has directed movies like Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai, Koi Mil Gaya, Karan Arjun, and Krissh franchise.

On the other hand, Hrithik has interesting projects in the pipeline. The actor will be seen in Siddharth Anand’s Fighter. The upcoming film also stars Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor. It is slated to release on 25^th January, 2024.
