Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh starrer Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani is unanimously receiving positive responses for all the right reasons. The Karan Johar directorial is a complete family entertainer that celebrates love while also giving a social message. Ever since it was released, the rom-com has been taking the box office by storm due to its relevant plot and star performances. Owing to such a response, we can say that the film is having a successful run at the ticket windows even in its fourth week. Over the weekend, the film raked in Rs 5.13 crores and is inching towards the Rs 150 crore mark. The bonafide box office blockbuster has emerged as Karan Johar’s highest-grossing film of all time as a director surpassing Ae Dil Hai Mushkil by a huge margin.

Apart from that, it has surpassed the lifetime collections of Adipurush and Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan to become the fifth-highest-grosser of the year after Pathaan (Rs 543.05 crore), Gadar 2 (Rs 375.10* crore), The Kerala Story (Rs 242.20 crore), Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar (Rs 149.05 crore).

The family entertainer has managed to cross that mark of $17.3MM in the overseas market and become the second-highest grosser post-pandemic. It is the 5th highest-grossing Hindi film specifically in North America ahead of films like Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Sanju, Tiger Zinda Hai, and Sultan. Globally, it has collected over Rs 300 crore.
