Actors Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel have arrived for the Trailer Launch of their upcoming movie, Gadar 2. Today, the makers have released the much-awaited trailer of Gadar 2: The Katha Continues and as expected, it has garnered good responses. As the film’s trailer has been released, the stars Sunny and Ameesha have also arrived to unveil Gadar 2 trailer. But their arrival was a full Punjabi-style one as they arrived with dhol tasha. It was madness and if you were their, you wouldn’t have controlled yourself from dancing.

Sunny was seen arriving as Tara Singh as he sported a turban and kurta pyjama. Whereas Ameesha also arrived as Sakina as she wore a heavy pink sharara set with matching jewellery. The two looked great as they arrived in full style at the trailer launch. Sunny and Ameesha did a little dance also on the beats of dhol.

During the trailer launch of Gadar 2, Ameesha Patel revealed how some of Bollywood’s renowned insiders underestimated her. They used to say she wouldn’t be able to portray the character of a mother onscreen.

“I am extremely grateful to the fabulous and best co-star of my life Sunny Deol. When I heard the script of Gadar 1 and came on board, a lot of well-known people thought that I won’t be able to do justice to the role of a mother. Whether I did a film with Salman, Ajay or Hrithik, I had played a college student in all of them. So when this subject was narrated to me and Kaho Na Pyaar Hai was not released, everyone told me that I won’t be able to play a mother.”

Gadar 2: The Katha Continues trailer

Gadar 2 is a mixture of romance and action. We get to see the sweet romance between Sakina and Tara Singh while on the other hand, we also saw his action mode. His angry man avatar has made us nostalgic about Gadar Ek Prem Katha. The movie is about Tara Singh’s journey as a family man and him bringing his son back to his country.

Directed by Anil Sharma, Gadar 2 will be released on August 11.
