Ridhi Dogra is one of the most popular faces of Indian Television. Recently, she was seen in the web series Asur – Welcome To Your Dark Side and Badtameez Dil. Her characters gained a lot of appreciation as she explored a side of her as an actress. Ridhi has taken a big step in her career now as she will be seen with Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan.
Yes, she will be seen in Jawan alongside superstar Shah Rukh Khan. Not just this, the talented actress will also be seen in Maneesh Sharma’s Tiger 3 alongside Bhaijaan aka Salman Khan. Bagging these two big projects, this year is surely going to be special for Ridhi. We can’t wait to see her rock in these two films.
Ridhi Dogra on working with SRK & Salman
But before we get to see her sharing the screen space with the Khans, Dogra revealed some interesting deets. In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, she shared some fondest memories of working with Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan. She revealed a common similarity while working with the two.
Ridhi, in order to break the ice with the Khans, she tried cracking some ‘stupid jokes’ to build a rapport. As a reaction to her stupid jokes, actor Shah Rukh Khan was ‘all okay’ as he understood that she is trying to keep it cool and casual. On the other hand, Ridhi was quite happy when she cracked a joke in front of Salman Khan and she received a smile from him.
Ridhi recalls a memory with Shah Rukh
As she will be seen in Jawan alongside the megastar SRK, we asked her about the fondest memory she had of working with him. To this, she replied saying, “I think my first day with him. It was a scene where Shah Rukh and I were sitting and there was the whole unit including Atlee, the genius man, who I adore. I think everyone adores him. But, it was Shah Rukh and me and for those six-seven hours, we were shooting. I thought that everything else was just clouded. I didn’t pay attention to anything. He didn’t move from his seat, I didn’t move from my seat. He did not move, he did not get up, did not take his phone. SRK just kept sitting, so I was like he’s not moving and neither am I.”
Adding to this fun response, she said, “I think that was the most special thing for me because I also tried to break into some conversation. You know how it is when you are sitting with someone you really admire. And then that person is being very respectful but you are like this person is here for me just for this one time. I want to talk and then you are cracking stupid jokes. Then you are like why am I doing this? So, all of that was happening and then I was even telling him that I don’t need to crack these jokes. He’s like ‘it’s okay’…I said I have to be well-behaved. I have to be like an actor. He was very nice, but to me, everything was out of focus. It was just him and me.“

It’s SRK after all! Even we would not know what to talk about and what to think in front of that charm of a man…duh!
When you think of romance, you think of SRK. Speaking of this, we teasingly asked her if she ever felt to ask him. Ridhi said, “You are saying it but my friends have told me that you have to tell him that. But, I can’t, I’m tongue-tied in front of him.”
Ridhi on her fondest memory with Salman Khan
While Shah Rukh kept her amazed, we asked her about the fondest memory she had while working with Salman Khan. As Salman is another charming personality, Ridhi had the cutest answer for him. She said, “I think I was a little more intimidated by him but he is also a sweetheart. He’s also very chilled out and I shot with him, not in the country. So, we were outside and it was not controlled, it was outdoors. With him also I cracked a joke and broke the ice. He gave me a smile so I was very happy that I cracked a joke and I got a smile from him.”
