It's a father's dream to see his children get married and settle in their lives. Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt got married on April 14, in an intimate wedding ceremony. Neetu Kapoor dedicated a post on social media to Kapoor Saab, late husband, actor Rishi Kapoor. She shared a photo of her with Ranbir as he turned Dulha for Alia. The Jug Jugg Jeeyo actress shared the photo of her with Ranbir Kapoor, ahead of his wedding to Alia Bhatt and dedicated the post to late Rishi Kapoor.

The photo shared on Instagram by Neetu Kapoor features Ranbir posing, dressed as a Dulha, and her being the mother of the groom. The veteran actress shared the photo and mentioned that Rishi Kapoor's dream is finally fulfilled.

Sharing the photo with her son Ranbir, Neetu wrote, "This is dedicated to kapoor Saab your wish has has been fulfilled (sic)"

Meanwhile, speaking with Bangalore Mirror, Meena Iyer, the writer of Rishi Kapoor's autobiography, Khullam Khulla, had shared how the late actor had told her that he would be okay if Ranbir wanted an intimate wedding. He had told her, "It's their call. I am okay with 45-odd people too. I will tell my friends, well-wishers to bless them. I will apologise and explain that everyone couldn't be invited because Ranbir is a private person. I respect his privacy."

Alia and Ranbir tied the knot at RK's residence Vaastu. They got married in the presence of close friends and family.
