No Time to Die composer Hans Zimmer has joined forces with film producers Steven Kofsky, Tim Bevan, and Eric Fellner to purchase the historic Maida Vale Studios from the BBC.

This iconic London venue, famed for hosting legendary musicians like The Beatles, David Bowie, and Beyoncé, has been a cornerstone of musical history since the 1930s. The studios were acquired for an undisclosed amount, following a competitive bidding process.

The new ownership aims to uphold the studio’s musical legacy while also establishing an innovative educational facility. Zimmer’s personal connection to the studios and his dedication to preserving its significance add a poignant touch to this transformative acquisition.

As the BBC prepares to move its music base to a new location, the Maida Vale Studios will continue to resonate as a hub of creativity and inspiration.
