As I think we’ve stated many times before, we would listen to Christopher Lee do a dramatic reading of the ingredients of a box of Raisin Bran. But here we have him reading instead Edgar Allan Poe’s “The Murders in the Rue Morgue.” And reading the hell out of it, I might add.

I know we’re supposed to find AI creation of voices creepy and all, but if somebody came up with something that would replace the voice of Siri on my phone with Sir Christopher Lee…I would throw stupid money at that.

Some short stories you love just because they’re just a little off kilter and dark. Not a lot…just…enough. Roald Dahl did a few of those. Here’s one from Uncle Ray and his TV show, Ray Bradbury Theater. “The Veldt.”
