It’s her big day as the Hum Aap Ke Hai Koun Actress Renuka Shahane celebrates her 56th Birthday today. Known for her smile, the actress has come a long way in establishing herself as a competitive actress in B Town. She has worked hard in various formats including TV shows and films to emerge as a versatile actress.

She was known for various roles in her films but the most remembered one is from the Salman Khan and Madhuri Dixit starrer film Hum Aap Ke Hai Koun playing Pooja. The film was a big hit in 1994 and it did give her a good exposure on the silver screen. Besides the same, she has appeared in films like 3 Storeys, Bucket List, Rita, Dil Ne Jise Apna Kaha and Janiva to name a few.

She has remained popular in both Hindi and Marathi cinema, while she came in limelight with the TV show called Surabhi in the late eighties and early nineties. Married to the B Town actor Ashutosh Rana, the couple has two sons Shauryaman Neekhra and Satyendra Neekhra. While she was last seen in a web series called What The Folks Season 2-3 apart from a short film titled as Silent Ties as well.
