Shraddha Kapoor Diet Chart at a Glance for beauty and fitness

As Shraddha Kapoor gives her big-budget film – Saaho, which is going great guns at the box office, she is also gearing up for her next film Chhichhore with Sushant Singh Rajput, Varun Sharma, and others. Two films back to back releasing within a week showcase the diva in two different roles. The former has the lady in the role of a fierce cop, while the next comes in the form of a gorgeous role seen in two different versions.

While she was promoting her film, she also talked on various issues, which included her day to day life and Diet Chart as well that makes her fit and beautiful. Talking about her breakfast, lunch, and dinner, she says these remain very much different from one day to the other. She says keeps on changing food every day as she loves to have them different, however, there are a few dishes that remain the same like ladyfinger that remains her all-time favorite.

She said she is blessed with a maid called Sunita who cooks really relishing food and her breakfast could be poha, upama, dosa, idli, wada and many more similar dishes. Talking about her sleeping hours, she said that she often takes 7 to 7.5 hours of sleep and oversleeping can lead to issues like a headache.
