Shriya Jha is a film and TV actress, model and presenter. She was born on 10th June 1986 in Delhi. She did her schooling from Guru Nanak Fifth Centenary School, Mussoorie, Uttrakhand. She then completed her graduation from Delhi University. Since she was active in cultural activities and linked with plays, she headed to Mumbai to try her luck in this field. Also, with her mother Amardeep Jha a popular actress in small and the big screen gave her the chance to be in this field. She then headed to Mumbai to do something big after her graduation in the acting world.

She bagged her first role in the TV show called Uttaran in the year 2008. The very next year she bagged an Oriya film called Shatru Sanghar released in the year 2009. Some of her other Oriya films include Luchakali, Ama Bhitare Kichi Achi and Shatru Sanghar. Some of her TV shows include Jhilmil Sitaaron Ka Aangan Hoga playing the lead role called Angana Raichand, while she played the antagonist role called Madhavi in the TV show called Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se. While in Uttaran she played Chameli as an Antagonist role in the TV show.

She is currently doing the TV show called Nimki Mukhiya playing the character called as Sweety, who happens to be the Nimki’s sister-in-law and Rituraj’s wife. The show has been on air from 2018 to 2019. She is also a model and has appeared in a couple of commercials and print ads. Talking about her personal life, she is single and not dating anyone as she is focussing on her career.
