Lasengle announced an upcoming Mahoutsukai no Yoru (Witch on the Holy Night) collaboration event in Fate/Grand Order. It’ll take place in late April 2024 on the Japanese server. [Thanks, KaroshiMyriad!]

The trailer shows several scenes from Witch on the Holy Night, with Haruka Tomatsu as Aoko narrating. Since all three main characters appeared in the teaser trailer, they’ll likely play a prominent role in the Fate/Grand Order event. However, it’s unclear which one of them will appear as playable characters and if there will be a free one. More information on the event will come out closer to the actual release date.

Mahoutsukai no Yoru, or Witch on the Holy Night, came out in April 2012, though Nasu wrote the novel version of it in 1996. An enhanced version of the game came out in 2022 for the Nintendo Switch and the PS4. The story revolves around Aoko Aozaki, a sorcerer, who lives in a mansion with the rumored witch, Alice Kuonji. The two of them meet Sojuro Shizuki, a boy who discovers Aoko’s secret magic abilities, and force him to stay with them so he doesn’t spill their secrets.

Fate/Grand Order is readily available on mobile devices. The Witch on the Holy Night event will appear in Fate/Grand Order (the Japanese server) some time in late April 2024.
