In anticipation for the release of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 on October 20, 2023, two special Spider-Man 2 canteen menus are available at the Sony offices in Japan. Former Sony Interactive Entertainment President Shuhei Yoshida shared on his personal social media some pictures of this week’s menu at the PlayStation Park canteen.

The menu options include a “Marvel’s NY Steak” and a “Venom Seafood Curry”. The NY Steak menu costs 600 yen (or about $4,) while the Venom Curry menu costs 500 yen (~$3.30). In addition, a cupcake with Venom-colored frosting is included with the Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 menus as a complimentary dessert.

The Venom cupcake can be seen in a plate on the second picture, alongside a chef cosplaying as Spider-Man himself. Spider-Man 2 cookies were also offered for those eating at the PlayStation Park canteen.

As the worldwide release date for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 draws closer, promotional campaigns have started to appear. One such includes a lottery campaign at Lawson stores in Japan for a chance to get the limited edition Spider-Man 2 Dualsense controller.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will come out exclusively for the PlayStation 5 on October 20, 2023.
