HoYoVerse announced the 6.9 Honkai Impact 3rd release date, which brings with it a new battlesuit and Promare crossover. We already knew it would arrive sometime in September 2023. Now that’s been narrowed down to September 14, 2023. Story Chapter XL, starring Fu Hua, will also appear. There's also, as usual, a new trailer going over all of the upcoming additions.

We’d already seen the new battlesuit a bit before. Miracle Magical Girl Sirin is the new S-rank suit for Honkai Impact 3rd. She is a MECH type that can deal fire damage. She’s also one of the chakram characters in the game, though certain attacks will temporarily turn it into scissors.

As for the Promare part of the Honkai Impact 3rd 6.9 update, it will feature two costumes. Both of them will be available via the Outfit Shop. While the crossover event runs, they will be cheaper than usual, though prices weren’t announced. This involves an Ai Chrono Navi Galo-inspired costume and a Herrscher of Flamescion Lio-inspired skin. People can also get the Promare:Flame (B) Stigma, which actually features Galo and Lio.

Honkai Impact 3rd is available on PCs and mobile devices, and the release date for 6.9 is September 14, 2023.
