Die Hard: Will the next installment in the venerable Die Hard franchise take a turn for the spooky? Chad and Carey Hayes, best known for The Conjuring and The Conjuring 2, have been hired to write a new version of the screenplay for an untitled Die Hard film. Bruce Willis will reprise his role as the heroic John McClane and Len Wiseman (Live Free or Die Hard, above) will direct. Rumor has it that the film will be an origin story, with a younger actor portraying McClane in the 1970s and Willis appearing in the modern day.
