When you face Silence which is scarier version of calmness.. Most of us back off and avoid it.

I would say adopt silence and see the benefits yourself in your life. Initially it is a huge task but over a period of time you will amazed to see yourself transformed.

If you are able to make piece with silence your thoughts are golden and hence you life and soul will be a satisfied one.
