A Taste of Hunger is coming soon to cinemas

currently across the pond: today, I have for you a trailer for a drama movie coming from the land of Denmark  A TASTE OF HUNGER (Smagen af sult) which sees their leading actor and international star Nikolaj Coster Waldau and Katrine Greis Rosenthal playing a couple who sacrifice everything to achieve the highest possible accolade in the culinary world - a Michelin star. We follow the tension the efforts to achieve that goal cause in their lives. The film, directed by Christoffer Boe, will also be released in Russian later this May. Vanja, on the other hand, lives in the memories of her late husband and has difficulty moving on. The three women travel to Italy together to attend a food course in Puglia, and here they each have an opportunity to redefine themselves. But only when they are able to face reality, will they be able to change. They acknowledge that the most important thing is friendship and that it is never too late to create a new and better future. And by supporting each other, it turns out to be a life that has much more to offer than they ever dreamed of.
