Girls’ day in! General Hospital star Ashley Jones celebrated Thanksgiving a little early this year by hosting a “Friendsgiving” on Nov. 5. The Young and the Restless alum, 41, took the afternoon off from her mom duties with 1-year-old son Hayden and 5-year-old stepson Huck and gathered with her gal pals at the event hosted by Good Carma Studio.
Joined by fellow celebrity moms — including The Bachelorette alum Ali Fedotowsky, 8 Simple Rules star Amy Davidson, The Bold and the Beautiful star Jacqueline MacInnes Wood, and Y&R costars Sharon Case and Tamara Clatterbuck — Jones opens up to Celebrity Baby Scoop about hosting the event at her Hollywood home.
Jones, who is an ambassador for AWAIR, is hoping to raise “awairness” this holiday season to keep you and yours healthy.

At the mini housewarming and “Friendsgiving” for some of soap’s royalty, Jones shared her knowledge and excitement about AWAIR, which keeps the air in her house clean.
“I was thrilled AWAIR asked me to host an intimate group of girlfriends on a recent Sunday afternoon with the Good Carma Girls,” Jones tells Celebrity Baby Scoop exclusively.
Jones was every bit the happy hostess with some of her former Y&R costars.
“It was really special to have several of my friends from daytime come and join us,” says the actress. “Even if I don’t get to see them as often as I’d like, we pick up right where we left off. I first worked with some of them on The Young and the Restless when I was still a teenager.”
Jones and her pals learned some of the ways AWAIR helps to have cleaner air inside their homes.
“We got to hear from an AWAIR expert about ways to have cleaner air inside our homes. I appreciated her saying, ‘You wouldn’t drink dirty water, so let’s not breathe dirty air.’ There are very simple things we can all do that help our home environment,” says the mom-of-two.
The Y&R alum was happy to add a charitable component to the “Friendsgiving” fun.
“I also am grateful to get the opportunity to share a little about the Creative Coalition, and how this fun brand of hair tie bracelets called Maria Shireen has partnered up to create a stylish, functional bracelet that helps raise money for the Creative Coalition, along with other great causes through their Charity Ties Bracelet line.” Jones shares. “I’ve always known how significant it is to keep the arts an active part of our children’s schools, but now my 5 year-old stepson is a daily reminder.”
And of course, there’s always time to get glam with the girls.
“To add a little girlie fun to the mix, we had EmmaJ Jewelry come create a jewelry counter for the ladies,” shares Jones. “I think everyone enjoyed picking up a little bling.“
At the event, Good Carma Studio created an intimate dinner catered by Lemonade with beautiful Thanksgiving-themed florals from The Bashful Rose.
Guests noshed on a poached salmon, Brussels sprouts with dates, kale salad and sweet potato and corn salad.
All guests enjoyed La Croix’s sparkling water bar featuring various flavors and an assortment of berries, pineapple and mint to garnish.
