“Happy Mother’s Day to @daniellejonas who shocks me every day with how much you love and care for all of us. Couldn’t do it without you. You are amazing and I’m surprised every day how well you have adjusted to be a mom of 2 it really is incredible! We love you!” he captioned the image of his wife and their two children.
