Last month, we spotted the Good Will Hunting actor and Violet getting ice cream after school. That same day, the Gone Girl star and the Danny Collins actress, 45, filed for divorce.
The father-of-three is finally moving out of the family home.
Moving trucks and vans were seen outside of the Garner-Family family home on Monday (May 1).
“He found a house close by,” a source tells E! News. “They are both excited for the next step and they are happy that they have two loving homes for the kids.”
The insider added: “They are co-parenting. The most important thing in all of this are their kids.”
