It’s Forest Leonardo Antonio Rotella!

The Girls Next Door alum Holly Madison posted the photo of her beautiful blue-eyed boy, 7 months, via Instagram.

Last week, Holly’s husband Pasquale Rotella shared a snapshot of the former Playboy model, 37, and their two kids — including 4-year-old daughter Rainbow.

“Adios, EDC Mexico! You were amazing. Now it’s time to head home to the family. Missing my girls and my little man,” he Instagrammed the image.

Madison and Rotella – who were wed in Sept. 2013 – welcomed their son on Aug. 7, 2016. Their daughter arrived on March 5, 2013.
