Okay, Aoi is officially at Orio-ya. This episode made me so mad. There are so many things I don't understand. First off why does Ranmaru hate Aoi so much? Is it because of her grandfather/ Is it because she is a human? I also don't get why there is such beef between the two inns.
In Kakuriyo: Bed and Breakfast for Spirits episode 15 the real bad guy here seems to be Ranmaru. The owner is nowhere around. I really hope as the serious goes on that we can find out the truth. I mean Aoi met hostility at Tenjin-ya but I think it's worse at Orio-ya.

Aoi is Confined
Of course, as soon as she gets there she is confined. Aoi is separated from Ginji too. What surprised me was that they fed her good food. I love that Aoi asked if it was poisoned. Shockingly it wasn't. They even let her take a bath and gave her a good bed. If it wasn't for the prison door it didn't seem like a jail cell. The bigger question is why would they have one at all?
Aoi being as resourceful as she is escapes. The key wasn't even hard to get either. I loved that scene between the dog and the kappa. It makes me wonder something. Did they kidnap Aoi on purpose? I really think they did. I mean think about it. The owner had to have known how Aoi would react to Ginji not being at Tenjin-ya.
I think that Orio-ya was in trouble financially. They needed a big client like the Tengu. The owner knew Aoi would never step foot there unless she had to. She couldn't ask the master to borrow Aoi because she is on bad terms with him. So the owner hatched this scheme to get Aoi there. The tengu loves the way Aoi cooks. The fact that Aoi ends up cooking him breakfast is proof of her scheme.
Orio-Ya's Hostility
The amount of hate that Aoi receives here is ridiculous. She didn't do anything to deserve it. Like after cooking the tengu master breakfast Ranmaru threatens Aoi. Telling her that if she doesn't clean the old building kitchen he will lock her up again. Like what the hell is your deal dude? It becomes so obvious the amount of hatred he has for her.
It's not just from him everyone there hates her too. She meets the female host of the inn with great hostility. Of course, this girl has a clique with her. They all talk smack to her. This group of girls put her down so bad. Calling her ugly and only old men would want her. Aoi just takes it. It drives me nuts just how nice Aoi can be. To top it off they TRIP HER!
To make it worse Aoi doesn't even get mad! LIKE WTH GIRL! It's normal to get mad when someone trips you on purpose. Aoi is just too nice. I hate how pathetic she is in this episode. At Tenjin-ya she would have responded differently. I really really don't understand the blind hatred for Aoi. It's crazy. I think it's a combination of her being human, the master's fiance, and her grandfather.
Does Aoi Have Feelings for Ginji?
A few episodes ago they made it seem like there was a love triangle going on here. At first, I thought so. After this episode, I know there isn't. It becomes crystal clear who Aoi loves at this point. It isn't her fiance. Aoi states that she refuses to leave Orio-ya without Ginji. She even states that Moonflower isn't Moonflower without him.
Honestly at this point, her feelings annoy me big time. Ginji states he made a promise he can't break. Even if Aoi realizes her feelings Ginji would never betray the master. So it would be unrequited love. On top of that, you shouldn't depend so much on him like that. Ginj is a grown man who can handle himself. He doesn't need her to protect him.
Ginji is her crutch at this point. It's dangerous to treat someone like your crunch. It's like a baby going without their bottle. I hate female anime characters who act like that. Like respect his choice. Leave Orio-ya and go back to Moonflower. You will only hold him back. If Aoi ends up with Ginji this would be exactly like Kamisama Kiss.
