Android Tv

Yes you have to have your phone to run this but it is the cheapest hardware on this list.

Game Consoles

Microsoft Xbox one, and Sony Playstation 4 can Definitely be used for Cord Cutting. Sony Playstation 4 has Sony’s O.T.T. Service Playstation Vue. While Xbox has OTT services, Sling TV, YouTube TV, and Hulu Live TV. Xbox also has apps for OTA Dr’s, Tablo TV, and HD Homerun. It also has HDMI Pass through so you can hook up, a Tivo or Channel Master DVR+. Xbox is the more Cord cutter friendly Game Console in my opinion.
