Very sad news to report today as Bobby Zarin, husband of former Real Housewives of New York star Jill Zarin, has passed away.
Bobby died on Saturday at the age of 71 following a tough battle with cancer.

The Zarin Family shared the unfortunate news via a statement on Jill’s website.
“With the heaviest of hearts, we are devastated to share the news that our beloved Bobby Zarin passed away peacefully today surrounded by family after a courageous battle with cancer,” the statement read. “There are no words to describe how heartbroken we are. Thank you, everyone, for all your love and support during this difficult time.”
Bobby had been battling cancer for a while now following his first diagnosis with thyroid cancer back in June 2009. It ultimately returned in the summer of 2017 and spread to his brain.
Bobby’s death comes just days after the couple celebrated their 18th anniversary earlier this month. Jill, 54, shared a sweet post on her Instagram page that read, “Happy 18th! Anniversary to the love of my life Bobby Zarin. Bobby is the most perfect man I know. He never loses anything, never forgets anything and when I think he is wrong… he is always right! I will post some photos over the last 20 years… truly a Love Story. ”
