The Story of the movie is a student find a diary by his classmate named Sakura Yamauchi and in that diary, she reveals she is suffering from the pancreatic disease.

So he spends time with her but unfortunately, she got died. After 12 years The person became high school student where he graduated.

While he spends time with a student he remembers Sakura. The movie was based on  the novel “Kimi no Suizo wo Tabetai” by Yoru Sumino
