Portraying herself as one of the main characters of the internationally acclaimed American drama television series: “Suits”, Meghan Markle who plays Rachel Zane, has got a turning point in her life. With the official announcement of her engagement to Prince Henry of Wales on the 27th of November this year, the American model, actress, and humanitarian activist will officially be married to the Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Prince Harry on May 2018. Prince Harry is the youngest son of Prince Charles and the late Princess Diana and is currently the fifth in the line of the succession to the British Throne.

After her divorce with the actor and producer Trevor Engelson in August 2013, Markel was seen having a relationship with Prince Harry since June 2016, the press made a report about in October 2016. Their kindled hearts met each other for the first time on a blind date set by a mutual friend and it wasn’t until September 2017 that Markel herself claimed to have been dating Prince Harry quietly for some time, over a period of six months, this release came in an interview with Vanity Fair.
It wasn’t long that public took notice of this and absurd news regarding abuse and harassment was directed towards Markle. In order to tackle the situation and make it publically official, both Prince Harry and Markle made their appearances together at an official royal event, the wheelchair tennis, and were also found with each other at the Invictus Games held in Toronto. When asked how Prince Harry knew she was the one, he replied in an interview that on the very first meeting they both found each other asking what the other one was doing the next day. Markle has also had the opportunity to meet the Queen of England Elizabeth II on a couple of occasions. Prince Harry further revealed that at the time when Megan accompanied him to meet the Queen in person, her royal Corgi dogs were present as well. Prince Harry claims that these canines have barked at him for the past 30 years or so, however when Megan walked beside him they Corgi dogs quickly accepted her presence and said absolutely nothing. Megan herself has been a dog lover, her dog Bogart was however left behind in Canada because he was too old to fly with her which left her heartbroken.

Seven years after the wedding of his elder brother Prince William with Catherine Middleton, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle would make their vows before God at the St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle.
