Now, as per The Boys star Jack Quaid, the upcoming season seems to feature even more violent superhero chaos, hinting at an “insane” conclusion.

The concept of The Boys series has been taken from the comic book of Eric Kripke’s adaptation. It presents an unusual spin on the traditional superhero tale, overflowing with an unsettling amount of blood and violence.

From Kimiko’s (Karen Fukuhara) brutal revenge scenes to Stormfront’s prolonged death, The Boys is filled with gruesome content that we wouldn’t even wish on our worst foes.

While interacting with Collider, Jack Quaid, who portrays Hughie Campbell in The Boys, shared that Season 4 will be even bloodier.

Quaid, who calls Season 4 his favorite, admitted that the script left him shocked. He hinted, “When something is so insane that you are just viscerally reacting to words on a page, you know it’s good, and we have a lot of that this season.”

In his interview, Jack Quaid shared his thoughts on the series’ conclusion, praising the writers for crafting an “insane” finale.

This is what he stated, “Certain moments in this season took me by surprise, causing audible gasps. Many of the twists were unforeseen.” Quaid continued, “The writers truly outdid themselves. The finale is remarkable. It’s absolutely jaw-dropping.”

Quaid’s comments resonated with showrunner Eric Kripke’s recent interview, where he continued to emphasize that Anthony Starr’s portrayal of Homelander is more menacing than ever in the upcoming season of The Boys.

The Boys Season 4 is soon going to introduce 2 new superheros to the list. They include Firecracker (Valorie Curry) and Sister Sage (Susan Heyward).
