USER SUBMISSION: Justin Bieber looks high as a kite in this video! It doesn’t take a marijuana expert to realize he’s stoned off his ass. I remember my first time smoking weed and I couldn’t stop laughing either, but I also didn’t go posting it on the internet.

I don’t have a problem with Bieber smoking marijuana with his friends but a lot of younger people look up to him and I’m afraid he may be setting the wrong example, that is of course if he is stoned which I’m like 99.9% he is. I’m sure he wouldn’t be laughing at the fact Instagram now has video if he was actually sober. Let’s hope Justin doesn’t start going on a downward spiral like so many other young celebrities have in the past.
