Wales have had an incredible run at the Euro 2016, with stars like Hal Robson Kanu propelling them to the semi-finals. Now, one Football fan wants to pay honour to some of the best in Welsh football by naming his unborn child after Hal Rob Kanu. Twenty-two-year old Paul Beasley, a huge Cardiff fan; wants to name his unborn child after the football star if it is a boy, but partner Emily Rundle, is not too keen on the idea.

Beasley Must Achieve One Condition

Beasley, who works as a residential support worker, initially suggested the idea to his partner. Rundle who is twenty year old student in social care and health, rejected the idea because she felt it was just as bad a name as Paul (her partner’s name). Beasley was not one to give up, he proposed to name the child, but only after he gets 100,000 likes on Facebook, Emily accepted the bet.
