Guests can attend a show with or without dinner and can also select ticket options that include champagne.

Selecting the Best Ticket Option for a Show at the Moulin Rouge


Evening Show with Dinner or Late Night Show with Champagne


While all Moulin Rouge performances are the same, there are two between the Dinner Show and the Late Night Show, you can choose to have dinner at the Moulin Rouge before your show, or end your night on a high note as you enjoy the show with champagne.

The Moulin Rouge is open every day of the week, from 7 PM to 1 AM. Each night, there are two shows: the first at 9 PM, followed by a second at 11 PM. (The 11 PM show is only on Fridays and Saturdays). There is no difference between the 9 PM and the 11 PM show and the performances are exactly the same.

The dinner show begins at 9 PM. Guests that choose the dinner option can have dinner at 7 PM before the first show starts at 9 PM, allowing for two extra hours inside the fabulous Moulin Rouge, while the ones that do not want dinner can come directly for the show at 9 PM. The Late Night Show with Champagne commences at 11 PM.

Evening Show with Dinner


Make the most of your evening with a Moulin Rouge dinner and show combo, available daily for the 9 PM performance of “Féerie”. Keep in mind, this show time tends to sell out the quickest. To make sure you get seats, it’s advised you book at least 2 weeks in advance.

Your dinner show experience begins with a 7 PM early-bird entrance to the Moulin Rouge. Enjoy an outstanding 3 course meal accompanied by live orchestral music before the cabaret’s main show begins at 9 PM.

About the Moulin Rouge restaurant

Led by Chef David le Quellec, sous-chef Alexis Mathey and a team of 25 talented cooks, the Moulin Rouge restaurant is just as good as its cabaret. A French gastronomical experience, a dinner show is a treat for all the senses. When making a reservation for a dinner show, you will have the option to choose between several menus, including vegetarian and vegan options.

Perks of a Dinner Show

  • Guests attending the dinner portion of a 9 PM show are seated at 7 PM, as opposed to 9 PM, giving you a huge advantage in terms of getting good seats.

Late Night Show with Champagne

Upon entering the theatre, an usher guides you to your seat. It is best to arrive half an hour early to get the best seats. Included with your ticket, you will be served a half bottle of champagne to enjoy during the show. About Féerie


Created by Doris Haug and Ruggero Angeletti, “Féerie” has been in production at the Moulin Rouge since 1999. The fabulous cabaret consists of a troupe of 80 artists, including 60 Doriss Girls recruited from around the world. The show also features over 1,000 colorful costumes made of feathers, rhinestones and sequins. Produced in the most famous Parisian workshops, the elaborate costumes are an absolute highlight of the show! But that’s not all - phenomenal sets uniquely designed by Italian artists, a giant aquarium in which an aquatic ballet takes place, and outstanding international acts also bring life to the stage. Set to an original musical score written by Pierre Porte and Roland Léonar and performed by a team of 80 musicians and 60 chorus singers, a trip to the Moulin Rouge is a feast for all the senses!

“Féerie” has five distinct scenes:

Moulin Rouge Toolkit


  • Age restrictions: Children aged 6 and above are admitted to the Moulin Rouge. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Arrival: It is recommended that dinner show guests arrive by 6:30 PM. For the 9 PM show, guests are advised to arrive by 8:30 PM. For the II PM show, guests are advised to arrive by 10:30 PM.
  • ­Cancellation Policy: Tickets issued cannot be bought back, refunded or exchanged.
  • ­ Dress code: Smart attire is required to enter the Moulin Rouge. For men, a jacket and tie are appreciated, but not required. Shorts, flip flops, sportswear and sports shoes are not permitted.
  • ­Duration: A cabaret show at the Moulin Rouge is 2 hours long.
  • ­Language: The show at the Moulin Rouge is in French, but it is not necessary to speak the language to get the full enjoyment out of the show! The Moulin Rouge is visited by thousands of tourists of all nationalities every year, suggesting that not speaking French is certainly not a barrier to having a good time!
  • Photography: For copyright and security reasons, taking photographs during the show is strictly prohibited. It is also forbidden to photograph, film, or record any part of the Moulin Rouge theatre and the show. At every show, a team of professional photographers is available to take photographs of you inside the Moulin Rouge theatre. These can be purchased as a souvenir for around €20, or €35 for two photos.
  • Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the Moulin Rouge is strictly prohibited.

Getting There


Situated at the heart of the lively Montmartre district of Paris, the Moulin Rouge can easily be reached by taxi or public transport. It is located level with the Place Blanche on Boulevard de Clichy, just next to the Place Pigalle and the Musée de l’Erotisme.

From the Eiffel Tower
If you are coming from the Eiffel Tower, the easiest way to reach the Moulin Rouge is by taxi or UBER. It’s a 20-30 minute drive and should cost around €35. There is no direct bus or metro line from here.

From the Louvre Museum
From either Louvre Rivoli or Palais Royale Musée de Louvre, take line 1 (yellow) of the Métro until you reach Charles-De-Gaulle/Etoile. Switch to line 2 and continue until you reach Blanche.

From the Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)
From either Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 hop on the RER B line in the direction of Paris. Disembark at the Paris Gare du Nord station. From there, switch to line 4 (dark pink) until Barbès-Rochechouart, and finally switch on to line 2 (dark blue), getting off at Blanche three stops later.

From the Orly Airport (ORY)
From the airport, take the OrlyVal train towards Paris, and disembark at Antony station. From there, transfer onto the RER B train (thick blue line on Métro maps) and travel to Gare du Nord, before taking line 4 to Barbès-Rochechouart and then line 2 to Blanche.

Getting back after the show
The Metro opens at 5:30 am every morning and closes at 1:15 am Monday through Thursday and on Sunday, with a later closing time of 2:15 am on Friday and Saturday. If you’re attending an 11 pm show, we suggest you pre-book a cab for transportation after the performance. It can be quite difficult to hail a cab late at night. Booking an UBER is another excellent option.
