Great spot for fine food, ambiance and service to celebrate a special day

We are regular patrons of Ocean Prime Beverly Hills. So it was only fitting that I opted to have lunch there to celebrate a recent birthday. And it was a great choice. The service was spectacular. Our booth, on the sunny patio, made for a perfect setting to enjoy pre-prandial drinks--a perfect Hendrik's martini for Richard and Chalk Hill Chard for the birthday girl. Followed by mighty fine plates of oh so tender prime steak salad for the birthday girl.

While any table in Ocean Prime is, well prime, we prefer the outdoor patio day or night--it heated if necessary, too. But we had plenty of sunshine.
