Fashion Show Las Vegas (FSLV)
is staging festive activities in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month and Mexican Independence Day Weekend starting Sept. 1, 2023.

The fiestas kick off with  Los Trompos, or "Spinning Tops"-- as part of their traveling art installation tours this year--an interactive installation that draws its design from the timeless toy, created by acclaimed international designers Héctor Esrawe and Ignacio Cadena from Mexico City.

The life-size tops boast vibrant, multicolored surfaces made with fabric woven in a traditional Mexican style, allowing guests to gather and relax at the sculptures. To add to the fun, guests can spin the tops on their rotating platforms.

Mariachi bands and folk dancers will be on hand to add spice to the Mexican flavor. There will also be a DJ spinning Latin beats,  and face painting on Saturday, Sept. 16 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. For more information visit www.fslv.com/events.

Festivities take place at Los Trompos at North Plaza from the first of September to the end of the month. Mexican Independence Day is celebrated at The Great Hall
Saturday, Sept. 16 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Fashion Show Las Vegas is located at 3200 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109
